I love to hear the inspiring powerful presence you have. Keep up the amazing work, women need you!
~ Lisa Nichols
It was a breath of fresh air. I began to realize that the freedom I felt/experienced on the coaching call was something I was created to enjoy and able to have in my life on a daily basis.

Those who know of it speak of it not, those who speak of it, know it not.
I’m writing this with trepidation and fear that you may not like me, trust me, or find me credible after reading what I’m about to share.
I started this post with the quote above because the truth is, I speak and “preach” a ton.
But the truth is, the girl in the mirror is not me.
“Self-rejection is the greatest enemy of the spiritual life because it contradicts the sacred voice that calls us the ‘Beloved.’ Being the Beloved constitutes the core truth of our existence.”
Before you read any further, know that everything and anything I share is intended to have you look within and perhaps see the bigger picture, life lesson, and take action from awareness.
what happens when you read that word?
green paper. benjamins. moolah. bills. cash. bucks.
what happens inside of you?
here is the interesting thing about money.
If you find yourself wondering why there just doesn’t seem to be “enough” of it, take a look around you.
do you respect money?
like totally respect, honor, cherish the energy of money?
i used to have some S&M qualities.
may still actually.(Not in a whips and chains kind of way)
more in a self judgment, lack of compassion, and drive to succeed 24/7 kind of way.
let me tell ya right now. there is nothing pleasurable about running on 4 hours of sleep, drinking 5 cups of coffee and
basically feeling like my poor heart is going to jump out of my chest.
I have some good news though.
what i now know to be true is
if you just listen and do what feels good
life doesnt suck anymore.
so what feels good?
hitting the snooze button. 5 or 6 times.
hanging out in pajamas.until 9’oclock at night.
moving slowly throughout the day.
answering your emails/phone calls whenever you feel like it. (Sorry Tim Ferriss)
Saying, “I’m going to let you go now” to the person on the other end of the phone is draining you of your precious time and energy.
reading 4 books at a time. and possibly not finishing any of them this year.
doing the opposite of what your tight schedule says.
pursuing your wild and outrageous dreams. (ignore the naysayers)
making money. a lot of it.
stopping everything and rolling around in the grass. (I just did this yesterday..AH-MAZING)
sleeping in the middle of the afternoon.
saying YES! WEEEEEEEEEEEEEE
being super pumped and super psyched about your dreams, goals, and accomplishments.
do what makes you feel good and your life will be
