I know deep down that I am waiting to be unleashed. I feel like most of the time, I am wearing a mask. It’s scary for me to just be me. It’s been so long where I can just be myself that I’m starting to forget who that even is. How do I just be me?”
There’s one main reason why so many people are afraid to be themselves: societal conditioning.
We spend our entire lives learning there are rules we need to follow, lines we can’t cross, and things we shouldn’t say. We start to believe if we don’t obey these guidelines, we won’t be accepted, approved of, or loved. So we hide ourselves. We push ourselves to fit in and meet everyone else’s standards, because we’re so terrified of being shunned or shamed.
And worst of all, when we’re constantly an altered version of ourselves, we slowly but surely start to forget who we really are.
But it doesn’t have to be this way. Watch the video now to get the steps you need to start living as the authentic, totally unadulterated YOU.

more in a self judgment, lack of compassion, and drive to succeed 24/7 kind of way.
let me tell ya right now. there is nothing pleasurable about running on 4 hours of sleep, drinking 5 cups of coffee and
basically feeling like my poor heart is going to jump out of my chest.
I have some good news though.
what i now know to be true is
if you just listen and do what feels good
life doesnt suck anymore.
so what feels good?
hitting the snooze button. 5 or 6 times.
hanging out in pajamas.until 9’oclock at night.
moving slowly throughout the day.
answering your emails/phone calls whenever you feel like it. (Sorry Tim Ferriss)
Saying, “I’m going to let you go now” to the person on the other end of the phone is draining you of your precious time and energy.
reading 4 books at a time. and possibly not finishing any of them this year.
doing the opposite of what your tight schedule says.
pursuing your wild and outrageous dreams. (ignore the naysayers)
making money. a lot of it.
stopping everything and rolling around in the grass. (I just did this yesterday..AH-MAZING)
sleeping in the middle of the afternoon.
saying YES! WEEEEEEEEEEEEEE
being super pumped and super psyched about your dreams, goals, and accomplishments.

Ok. I just need to break it down.
the only thing “scary” about your fear-
is actually listening and letting your fear dominate
your reason for being.That is all.
your fear is not your enemy.
your fear is your friend.
your fear is your GPS.
my GPS recalculates when I don’t listen to it.
It’s the same concept. When you let you fear dictate your actions the entire course of your journey is recalculated.
Sure, it will get you to your destination (where ever that may be), and you may need to take some local roads-
but the GPS will clearly get you to where you need to go.
just like your fear.
Listen to it, respect it, and honor it.
it will take you to exactly where you are intended to go.
As humans, we seem to be constantly chasing after happiness. Without realizing it, you may regard happiness as a fleeting gift that only graces you with its presence when you’re lucky. You tell yourself that once you reach a certain point in your life—that big promotion you’ve been working tirelessly for or finally meeting “the one”—happiness will again be yours. And once you do deem yourself as officially H-A-P-P-Y, you may, like others, hold your breath and pray that you will appreciate it while it lasts.
But authentic happiness is enduring. It’s unwavering despite outside factors such as money orothers’ opinions. Further, true happiness lasts simply because you are being YOU. If you’ve truly attained authentic happiness, you have accepted both the “good” and the “bad” in your life, and are able to smile because of it.
So how do you arrive at a place of undeniable joy?
Start by making a list of all of the reasons that you are grateful. Maybe you’re pleased with the amount of patience you have or your unique sense of humor. Or perhaps you’re thankful for your bright blue eyes or your uncanny impersonation skills. Big or small, include all of the reasons that make you appreciative of the life you have been given.
After reflecting on these blessings, be grateful for all of the wonderful things that make you the beautiful human being that you are. Use this as further motivation for attaining authentic happiness. Keep in mind that you are the pilot of your world and therefore must take complete responsibility for the process of reaching and maintaining such contentment. This entails acknowledging that YOU possess the power to choose exactly how you want to spend your days in order to get to a genuine place of joy. So set out to do what you love to do. Go forthand manifest your passions! As you follow your heart, it will lead you down theright road.
Once you find yourself in a state of pure happiness, keep in mind that happiness is something that exists in the present. Don’t think of it as a “has been” or a“will be.” Instead, classify your joy as an “is”, keep it close to your heart, and carry it with you wherever you go.
