I love to hear the inspiring powerful presence you have. Keep up the amazing work, women need you!

It was a breath of fresh air. I began to realize that the freedom I felt/experienced on the coaching call was something I was created to enjoy and able to have in my life on a daily basis.

Before I get into today’s post about “The Dark Side” I wanted to make sure you heard about and checked out my brand new company, so(ul) special!!! Head on over to www.soulspecial.club and sign up because I’ll be sending you exciting updates about what’s to come!
The Dark Side.
This at first glance, may seem like a Star Wars reference. If you haven’t seen Star Wars and don’t know what I’m talking about, then shame on you (kidding, I’ve never seen it myself).
We all have this side to ourselves. The part that we don’t normally want to look at. The part that we don’t tell people about. It’s not pretty I’ll give you that. It definitely should not be allowed to play and frolic on a regular basis.
It’s still you.
What if I told you that this also could be your greatest asset?
I know this does not sound very realistic, but really give it some thought. If and I mean IF you were truly able to accept this part of yourself along with all the wonderful, amazing, rainbow unicorn parts, there would be nothing left to judge.
You would no longer have those painful thoughts of you making those horrible decisions in college. Or that time you decided to steal something, lie, cheat, manipulate, or con somebody.
Let me ask you something: Do you ever feel like when you talk to certain people it’s like banging your head against a brick wall? Ouch that hurts. You wanna know the ONE part of myself that I have consistenly had to work on? My “Keepin’ It Real” approach.
See, while I may be the Keepin’ It Real “Guru,” I’ve had to become very mindful and aware of how I say what I say. Because guess what? Sometimes, Keepin’ It Real…goes wrong. And that’s not cool nor what I’m committed to. This week’s Keepin’ It Real is a bit different than the rest. My creative director, Justin makes a cameo appearance in today’s episode. Our dialogue is pretty darn funny so I can’t wait to hear what you think.
I love surprises so I hope you enjoy today’s video and I would love to hear once you finish watching: What’s one small shift you can make to change your approach with people?
Come on now, Justin and I kept it real (watch the video to hear our confession)..so don’t leave us hangin 🙂
P.S. If you have been struggling with getting clear on WHAT you WANT, check out my program, The Art of Confident Action. You can check it out and enroll here.
Today is my birthday!!! And in the spirit of celebrating life, I want to express my gratitude to you. Thank you for being a part of this community. It truly is an honor to be able to connect with you, write to you, read your emails, and serve you.
Over the past few months, a lot has changed. I have stepped back from coaching one-on-one. Instead, I chose to follow my passion to go to vegetarian culinary school.
What comes to your mind when you read that word?
For me, whenever I would hear the word change– I would cringe. I would cringe because I was so focused on what wasn’t working and what I wasn’t good at that I would spin in circles focusing my energy on unproductive activities.
Though what if, change wasn’t so hard? What if all you had to do was answer two simple questions, coupled with taking action?
Sounds pretty awesome if you ask me.
On this week’s Keepin’ It Real I break it down about the two questions you need to be asking yourself if you really want change in your life.
Once you watch the video, I’d love for YOU to keep it real about your answer to the two questions that I talk about in the video.
I can’t wait to hear your answers in the comments below.
Until next time,
Keep. It. Real.
P.S. My team and I are cooking up some good stuff for you!!! Be on the lookout for my newest program: Freedom Forward: The Art of Taking Confident Action.
