When I first set out to record this episode, I was going to talk about what to do when you don’t feel good enough. Like, meditate, journal, nature, childhood issues, therapy, etc
You get my drift.
But something inside of me has really shifted and I don’t feel like “I’m not good enough” anymore. I just don’t. And I thought, maybe sharing how I started to feel better about myself and have better days would be more helpful.
