The best way for me to share what I learned about myself during my two month India was beautifully said by the late rapper Notorious B.I.G. in an interview that he did back in 1996:
The key to staying on top of things
Is treat everything like it’s your first project, nomsayin’
Like it’s your first day like back when you was an intern
Like, that’s how you try to treat things like
Just stay hungry
Hungry I was. Hungry I am. Hungry i will forever be. My appetite for life and for LIVING is insatiable and I’m done denying myself.
Maybe you have a project idea and need some inspiration. Writing a book? Painting? Singing? Starting a business? Or, like me, getting to know yourself again?
If you’re a seeker, this is especially for you.
Follow your hunger. It will eventually lead you to fullness. (click to tweet)
Thank you India.
Thank you B.I.G.
What are YOU hungry for? Let me know in the comments below. Can’t wait to hear 🙂
P.S. I have been working on something behind the scenes during my time in India. Be sure to sign up below to be the first to know when I share it. Hint: I’ve taken everything that I have learned plus a lot of wisdom from my ancestors to create my latest.
P.S. The interview Biggie did is from “My 1st Song” off of Jay-Z’s Black Album. Best ever. Listen here
