I just got back from Ottawa, Canada where I had the opportunity to speak and host a motivational event in honor of the one, the only…OPRAH WINFREY!!!! It was a life changing experience and I am honored to have had the opportunity.
People often ask me how I am able to balance my relationship with my husband given all the traveling that I do. It’s not easy. There are times that I feel guilty and worry that Ashish and I will grow apart because I’m always traveling! There is no way I can sit here and say that all the money and success means anything to me if my home-life is hanging by a thread.
Now more than ever, we are committed to strengthening our marriage because we both believe that the quality of our life is determined by the quality of our relationship. This includes going to marriage therapy and reading books on marriage. But even more than that, it’s about being intentional each and everyday about the words that we speak to one another and setting time to BE with each other.
