The path to success is a little like your workout routine – if you keep doing the same thing for too long, eventually the results stop rolling in.
Tell me if this pattern sounds familiar: you’ve got your eyes on the prize, you’ve been making fantastic progress towards what you want, and your powers of manifestation are out-of-this-world awesome.
Then one day you wake up, and you realize… you’re not actually moving forward anymore.
Uh-oh. What happens then?
Joe’s the author of this week’s KIR question, and he wants to know:
Vasavi, for the past few months, things have been going fantastic. I have been totally in action, fearless, and committed to moving my life forward. However, I find myself nowadays being in the “dip.” For me, the dip is the low point where now I feel stuck and don’t seem to have the momentum that I was experiencing just a few months ago. I’m starting to feel like I will never experience that rush again, and will stay in the dip. So how do I get out of the dip?
The reality is, there technically is no ‘dip’ – just a deeply-ingrained cycle you’ve probably been struggling with for a while now. Take a second to think about your relationship to success, and to life. What happens when things start to look good for you?
What you (and Joe) might really be struggling with is fear of success.
Watch today’s video to learn why, and exactly what you can do about it.
(Oh, and if you want to learn more about this stuff, I’ve gotta recommend The Big Leap, by Gay Hendricks. It’s a seriously life-changing book.)
Is there a pattern like this at work in your life? Join the conversation in the comments below – I’d love to help wherever I can.
P.S. I’ve created CATAPULT: A Half Day LIVE Workshop. If you wanna learn how I am fearless even in the face of my fears (and trust me, I have a LOT of them), then this is FOR YOU!!! Learn more here: http://catapultwithvasavi.eventbrite.com/
