It’s resolution season! That means countless Big Plans will kick into action, positive changes will be made in lives everywhere, and thousands of freshly motivated joggers will take to the streets.
But here’s the problem most of us deal with: as January turns into February, and the New Year starts to lose a bit of its shine, we tend to lose sight of our bigger vision. Our progress wanes, we start eating junk food again, and our running shoes begin to gather dust once more.
This isn’t just an issue that starts on January 2nd, though. It’s something most of us struggle with year-round.
“Robyn asks: “I noticed the one thing that’s stopping me from moving forward is that I start to take action… but then I stop. I know what I’m supposed to be doing, but then I don’t do it. How do I stay in constant action?”

How do you plan to stay focused on your intentions for the next 365 days (and beyond)? What sort of goals are you gonna set & knock out of the park? Leave a comment and tell me all about it, or email me at email@example.com. I’m stoked to hear from you!
